Census:1860 Carroll Co Va Burial:1929 Dillon-Nuckolls, Carroll Cty Va
In the 1910 Sulpher Springs, Carroll Co., VA census, Clay and his wife Rosamond, and Grover and his wife Lola, lived in the next dwelling from the R.E. Gallimores. A speculation is that the Jonses lived temporarily on the Gallimore (formerly Stone) farm in the old log house that Rosamond's great grandfather built in 1822. It is known that the R.E. Gallimores lived in the newer house and the old log house was only used for storage.
